Terms & Conditions of GenesisAPR

We love to create long standing relationships with our clients. These Standard Terms and Conditions provide the basis for a good working relationship between Genesis Advertising & Public Relations Firms (“GenesisAPR”) and you (“the Client”)

Consulting
1) Projects can be ordered online through our website www.genesisapr.com. Details and instructions for the project can be submitted during this time. *If you have any questions while filling out your form call 248-704-4884
2) Consultations (15-30 min zooms or phone calls) are only necessary for website designs, curriculum designs, ebook designs and events etc.

Designing/Planning
Once payment is received, our design team will begin working on your project using the information you provided during the consulting process.
You will receive the first proof of your design based on your assigned turnaround time. After the first proof of the design is received if revisions are needed please submit revisions via email: info@genesisapr.com within 48 hours. No revisions sent via text, phone, or by social media will be accepted.
Please clearly outline any revisions that you would like made by writing the changes being as detailed as possible.

Execution
All projects must be completed within 30 days of purchase and are nontransferable. If the client fails to send content, and approve latest revisions, the purchase will be forfeited and there will be no refund.

Turnaround Times: Business Days are Monday thru Friday.
Graphic Designs: 5-7 business days. Business Days are Monday thru Friday.
Includes: Flyers, Book Covers, Logos, Brochures, Newsletter Design, Business Cards Design, Certificate Design, Thank You Cards, Price List, Resumes, etc

Graphic Designs + Printing-
Varies on amount Once design is completed and approved by client. The design will be sent to printing. The design is considered a COMPLETED project. If changes need to be made to a completed project once sent to printing, there will be additional fee of $25 and also a new price for reprinting.

Written Content:
7-10 business days
Includes: Newsletter, Website Content, Mission/Vision Statement, Letterheads, etc

Graphic Designs + Printing
Varies on amount. Once design is completed and approved by client. The design will be sent to printing. The design is considered a completed project. If changes need to be made to a completed project once sent to printing, there will be additional fee of $25 and also a new price for reprinting.

Revisions (all above services)
1) All Revisions are unlimited but must be made by client within 2 business days of the initial draft. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the project. After a design is finalized, additional changes cannot be made to the design without an additional cost.
2) Revisions must be submitted via email info@genesisapr.com. Any revisions communicated via text, social media, or by a call will not be accepted as a form of communication for revision.

Business Plan: TBD turnaround time
GenesisAPR will create the content needed to fulfill the project and design the interior design according to company.

Once a request for a quote is submitted, a brief phone call will be scheduled with client and GenesisAPR to discuss details. A quote (pricing and timeline) will be given within 48 hours of the call. The quote is to be paid in full and contract signed before the start of the project.

Revisions are to be made within 5-7 business days and the project must be completed within 14 business days of the initial draft. Revisions need to be sent to info@genesisapr.com. After the design is finalized, additional changes cannot be made to the design without an additional fee.

Ebooks & Curriculum Interior Design: TBD turn around time.
GenesisAPR is only responsible for the design of the ebook and curriculum. If content needs to be created or edited, there will be an additional fee of $500 and must be arranged before the start of the project. Otherwise, the client is responsible for submitting all content needed to complete the ebook within 5 business days of completed payment. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the project with no refund guaranteed. All content submitted is final; please check for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes and more. Any changes to the written content or images may result in additional cost. After a design is finalized, additional changes cannot be made to the design without an additional fee.

Website Design: 10-14 business days turnaround time
GenesisAPR is only responsible for the design of the website. If content needs to be created or edited, there will be an additional fee of $150 and must be arranged before the start of the project. Otherwise, the client is responsible for submitting all content needed to complete the website design within 3 business days of completed payment. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the project with no refund guaranteed. All content submitted is final; please check for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes and more. Any changes to the written content, images or videos may result in additional cost.

Revisions

Clients Rights
All rights of the approved project/designs upon full payment are granted to the client.

GenesisAPR Rights
GenesisAPR retains the right to use work produced for the Client as part of its portfolio materials in both its online and offline portfolios; add your firm to our client list; and use your work in design competitions, publications, exhibitions, or other promotional purposes.
